How to order wholesale horn jewelry from Vietnam
Seven steps from choosing designs to delivery. MOQ 10 pcs/pairs/sets per design & color; minimum order USD 500 or EUR 500.

Choose designs
Browse the catalog and add designs to your quote list, or send your own designs. Each item has a number such as HD40131; MOQ is 10 pcs, pairs or sets per design and per color, and you can mix designs freely within a minimum order of USD 500 or EUR 500.

Send your request
Submit the quote form with quantities, or send the item numbers by email or WhatsApp. Include your country, any custom colors, sizes or packaging, and your target delivery date.

Receive the quotation
We reply with unit prices, available customization, production lead time and shipping options to your destination.

Approve samples (optional)
Samples of existing designs are available; the buyer pays the shipping cost. New (OEM/ODM) design samples take about 10 days. Samples confirm color, size and finish before production.

Confirm and pay the deposit
Confirm the order with a proforma invoice. Standard terms: 50% deposit, balance before shipment, by bank transfer (T/T) or Western Union.

Production and quality check
Pieces are made by hand in our Thuy Ung workshop. Every piece is quality-checked before packing. Individual poly bags as standard, or packed to your requirements.

Shipping
Express courier (FedEx, DHL, UPS) or air freight airport to airport, on EXW, FOB or CFR (C&F) terms. We prepare the export documents needed for your shipment. Warranty: 3 months from the date you receive the shipment.
