Our MOQ is 10 pcs, pairs or sets per design and per color: for example 10 pieces of a bangle, 10 pairs of earrings or 10 sets, in each color you choose. The minimum order value is USD 500 or EUR 500. Within that, you can mix as many designs as you like, which makes it easy for boutiques and small brands to test a wide range.

We are a manufacturer selling wholesale. Unit prices depend on design, quantity, finish and packaging, so we quote each order individually. Larger quantities receive better prices.

Standard terms are 50% deposit, balance before shipment. Payment is by bank transfer (T/T) or Western Union, in USD or EUR.

Yes. Samples of existing designs are available; the buyer pays the shipping cost. For new designs developed for you (OEM/ODM), samples take about 10 days.

Yes. We cover manufacturing defects for 3 months from the date you receive the shipment. Every piece is quality-checked before packing before shipping. If you find a defect within the warranty period, send us photos and the item number.

Yes. We produce to your designs (OEM), develop new designs with you (ODM), and supply existing designs under your brand with custom colors, sizes, logo and packaging (private label).

Shape, size, lacquer colors and patterns, surface finish (polished or matte), findings and chains, logo engraving or tags, and packaging. Sizes of all designs can be adjusted to your requirements.

About 10 days from confirming the design brief. After you approve the sample, we confirm the production lead time for your quantity.

Shape, size and finish are reproduced consistently. Buffalo horn is a natural material, so the grain and tone vary slightly from piece to piece, which buyers and end customers usually value as proof of a genuine handmade product.

It is made from the horn of farm-raised domestic water buffalo in Vietnam; no animals are harmed to make our jewelry. The horn is sorted, cut, pressed into shape with hydraulic presses, carved, sanded and polished by hand.

Horn & lacquer jewelry combines a buffalo horn base with Vietnamese lacquer, a traditional decorative technique in which colored lacquer is applied in several layers and polished by hand between coats, giving a deep, glossy finish.

In our own 500 m² workshop in Thuy Ung Craft Village, Hanoi, about a 1.5-hour drive from central Hanoi, working with hundreds of skilled artisans in the craft village. Thuy Ung is one of Vietnam's best-known villages for buffalo horn craft, and our products carry a craft-village production certificate.

Every piece is quality-checked before packing, checking shape, size, finish and color. Defects are covered by a warranty of 3 months from the date you receive the shipment.

Keep horn jewelry away from long exposure to water, heat and chemicals such as perfume. Wipe with a soft dry cloth; a drop of natural oil restores shine on plain horn.

Yes, we export worldwide, mainly to the United States, United Kingdom, Japan and Europe. Shipments go by express courier (FedEx, DHL, UPS) or air freight airport to airport. We quote on EXW, FOB or CFR (C&F) terms.

Lead time depends on the designs and quantity and is confirmed in the quotation. Tell us your target delivery date in the request and we will plan production around it.
